Today, up early bit of breakfast and watching a bit of TV then up to Norma's Daughter Helen for a nice bit of Aberdeen Angus beef, nice meal Thank you Helen.
Helens children Alfi and Fred with Fred's mate playing games on the Wii and the X-Box all enjoying themselves. Those games are very realistic.
We came home for 19:00 hours, I am not in the best of health and need to be up early in the morning for work, this is no reflection on the meal, it is just the problem that I have been living with for a few months now. I wish it would clear up. I am drinking Soda Water by the litre and it does help a bit. One good thing is I am losing a bit of weight, slowly.
Dad's Army on TV so have to go.
