Well everyone it is now Wednesday, the day of Norma's birthday. I have only just sorted an internet connection to be made available by the hotel.

Monday started off at 3:30 am, up shower, taxi, airport. Jet2.com to Malaga arrived at 11:00 in the hotel for 12:00 noon.

The Hotel Molina Lario, we have stayed in before.different room, in fact it is the one in the pictures attached to the link with the four poster bed.

We had a little walk around for a while some lunch and a glass of wine. The shopping in Malaga is fantstic, so browsed for a while.

Later we went out for an Evening walk and met up with Colin someone we met on our last visit, for a short chat in O'Neils bar by the side of the hotel. We do not usualy frequent Irish bars but this is so Spanish I do not know why it has the lable of being Irish.

Early night on Monday due to being up for so long. Went to bed eaqrly and watched Silent Witness that I had downloaded from the BBC web site episode 1.

Woke up at 8:00 on Tuesady morning refreshed after our long Monday, we toured Malagga on foot for the most part from down in the port up to the Arab Fortress on the hill overlooking Malaga.

Malaga has over 550,000 people resident in it and as you see by the pictures attached it is a large City. We are staying oppisite the Cathedral and it is central to everything.

Night time came but due to a heavy Tapas Lunch in Constitution Square we did not feel like a heavy meal so instead we visited a snack bar called Pans it is a bit of a chain but is very good just the same. Watched Manchester United win 1-0 Rooney scored for a change, they were playing Roma and now head group F after 2 games played in the Champions League.

Tuesday evening/ Wednesday morning we had a fantastic thunder storm at about 2:00 am. So this morning being Wednesday the sky is blue and the air is warm and fresh, we have walked along the gardens and visited the Piccasso Musium, then had another Tapas lunch, at this time I am writting the blog on the roof of the hotel with a pair of shorts on by the pool, I have a telephone interview booked for 11:45 on Thursday with a company back in England, who are calling the hotel. I will be up early to prepare.

Well I will download some pictures in a few minutes and post this blog.

Norma's birthday dinner tonight so cannot stay, bye.
