Out and about

Well Saturday, Norma and I popped into Manchester City Center, we picked up some Euros and an umbrella for me for our holiday, We are expecting a bit of rain in Spain. Manchester City Center is jam packed on a Saturday, more like a youth club for 100,000 young people.

Manchester and Salford both have University's and are full of freshers at the moment, wandering around seeing the city for perhaps the first time.

Housework and pottering in the afternoon, Norma supports Manchester City who won 3-1, they played Newcastle after lunch so Norma was happy.

I follow Manchester United who won 1-0 :0)

Later in the day, we went out for a drink with Ted, Oliver and Norma. Some others from my Old Team at Virgin Media joined us later they being, Rachael, Carl, David, Angus, Charlie & Digby. See the pictures of Norma, Oliver, Ted and myself.

We came home early, grabbed a bag of chips on the way home.

Woke up early to watch the F1 Grand Prix, Good on you Lewis Hamilton. Yes Hamilton won a very hard and in my mind dangerous race.

Not sure when I will be able to update the blog next with travel to Malaga ETC, so keep watching this space.
