Difference between my last job and this one.

Manager not allowed to Manage. v Manager empowered.
De-motivated workforce. v Fresh New workforce, eager.
Customer's complaining, rightly so. v Not customer facing, data entry.
Up to 3 hours travel time a day v Door to door 70 min, return a day.
Stressed people all around v No stress. That is hard to get used to.
Broken equipment, make do and mend. v Brand new everything, well supported.

I am enjoying myself.

I see Andy Kershaw the BBC guy got 2 months goal, on the Island.
